**No prior experience with either modality is necessary. Come dressed comfortably with an open your mind and heart to a journey of self-discovery and healing.

**Breathwork healing (there are many names) is an exploration with your body, mind, heart, and spirit through a somatic, self-healing technique. A 2-part active rhythmic breath done through the mouth to allow the overstimulated mind to surrender and saturate the body with prana to open up the energy channels to release stuck energy within the body.
