Somatic Movement & Breathwork Healing

This somatic session combines synchronized breath and movement to deepen mindfulness and inner awareness. Release emotional blockages through breathwork, creating space for healing, joy, and new possibilities.

Breathwork & Reiki

Harness the power of Breathwork healing and Usui reiki to clear energetic debris, promote emotional release, and restore inner peace, using Usui Reiki for added healing.

Restorative & Reiki

A calming session integrating Restorative yoga and Usui reiki to soothe the nervous system, releasing emotional and energetic tension while fostering deep relaxation and healing.
