Stretch Therapy/Manual Therapy
this is a comprehensive approach to physical freedom, unlocking the tissues by utilizing a seamless blend of fascia stretch therapy and targeted manual therapy within a single session. rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we look at your body as a whole, interconnected system.
Postpartum Massage - Coming July
a restorative, trauma-informed session tailored for the delicate period following birth. we focus on relieving physical discomfort while providing a somatic sanctuary for an overstimulated or depleted nervous system. an essential ritual for healing, honoring your body's journey, and returning to center.
