All sessions are now priced by time, so you can receive exactly what your body needs—without worrying about labels or add-ons. Whether we explore somatic movement, breathwork healing, Reiki, intuitive bodywork, or a blend of it all, your session will be guided by the present moment and your body’s wisdom.

You simply choose your session, the date & time, and I’ll hold the container.

Sacred Sessions remain 90 minutes, but all other offerings are now available in 60, 75, 90, or 120-minute time slots.

Booking is easy, and yes—single sessions are now available for all services.

If you’d like purchase sessions package you’ll have the option to add-on an additional session before completing your booking.
