Kathy Rivera
Kathy Rivera (she/they/ella) is a first-generation queer Latine trauma-informed Energy Medicine and Yoga practitioner, and a proud Mama. More than titles, Kathy's journey is one of transformation. Raised amidst immigrant struggles, they initially pursued the corporate path to honor their parents. However, burnout and a pivotal life experience led them to leave it all behind and chase their true passions.
Now, Kathy is a certified force of wellness. With expertise in various Yoga lineages, Breathwork Healing, Behavior Change, and Usui Reiki Level II, they share wisdom through transformative healing events and personalized sacred sessions. Their unique approach goes beyond the expected. Weaving trauma-informed care with practices rooted in ancient traditions, they create nourishing spaces for first-gens + queer individuals to blossom in every season.
Utilizing energy medicine, Kathy designs heart-centered experiences. These experiences offer a pathway for somatic release and profound healing, encouraging others to rewrite their narratives and celebrate their full selves, both on and off the mat.
