COMUNIDAD: A Breathwork & Reiki Healing Space for
BIPOC & LGBTQ+ Communities

COMUNIDAD is a sacred virtual gathering for those impacted by the violence, neglect, and cruelty of this administration—especially our BIPOC and LGBTQ+ family. As ICE raids, executive orders, and systemic harm continue to target innocent people seeking refuge, care, and dignity—we gather to reclaim breath, body, and community.

This is a space for nervous system repair. A space to grieve. A space to root into joy and connection. And a space to remember: You are not alone.

We’ll move together through:

✨ Breathwork Healing to support emotional release and grounded resilience

✨ Usui Reiki to soothe the spirit, calm the body, and restore energetic flow

✨ Brave Space Holding, where your full self is welcomed and held with care

Whether you're feeling heartbroken, enraged, numb, or exhausted—bring all of you here. We will breathe as resistance. We will heal in community.

What to Bring:
Cozy clothes, a mat or blanket, water, and anything else to make your space feel supportive. This is a virtual event—accessible from wherever you are.

Who This Is For:
This gathering centers BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks, especially those directly impacted by state violence, immigration enforcement, and anti-trans/anti-queer policy. Allies are welcome with the understanding that this space prioritizes collective healing, not performance.

Breathwork Healing: We'll utilize specific breathwork techniques designed to activate the nervous system and release emotional blockages. The breath acts as a bridge, connecting the body and heart, allowing you to access deeper states of relaxation and well-being.

Usui Reiki: A gentle form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and supports the body's natural healing abilities. Reiki practitioners will guide energy flow throughout your body, fostering a sense of peace and inner balance.
